We launched with a single truck and a few units, and that hands-on approach has never changed. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-operated, so if something is not right with a unit, the responsibility is ours, and we correct it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in our office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything falls behind, I phone you before you need to phone us.
